Who we are

What we collect
When you sign up, we collect the information you choose to give us: your first name, email address, an optional phone number, and the option you select describing your interest. We also record that you gave consent to receive updates.
How we use it
We use your information only to send you updates about Peace of Mind Tiny Cottages, such as location details, pricing, and launch news. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the email service we use to deliver these messages (MailerLite), acting on our behalf.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they read, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load. Neither uses cookies, tracks you across other websites, or collects information that identifies you. We see aggregated figures only, such as page views, loading times, the country a visit came from, and the general type of device used.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also email us to ask what information we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it after you unsubscribe or upon request.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a revised "last updated" date.
